Lost child cards

What information would I need to put on my emergency cards? I have looked at the Bromley ones but they dont seem to hold any important information is a child was lost...

Does anyone have a template i could look at?

i put a photo, parents numbers and any info on allergies. I dont put names on though.

Same here , no names. I put a password ( that the parents chose )with the number instead of a name .
