OOh I was just going to post the same question Emma but you beat me to it, I thought someone told me once you can but now I'm not so sure.

I made my excuse to not go swim training with hubby and Tom cus I really really need to do my books;) now I'm sitting here with lap top and accounts book pen and calculator sitting in a neat pile just beside me:D

How many days till 31st Oct:panic:

NCMA Handbook says " You cannot claim Voluntary National Insurance contributions as expences" Which is voluntary Class 2 - Doesn't say anything about if you have to pay if you go over the exemption threashold pay class 4 if profits over £5225 2007/8

NI and tax are not expenses - so sorry they cannot be claimed

okay thanks!! I have always put NI through, then for some reason I remember seeing on here a no no:( oh well lol!!
