you know when things pop into your mind and you just wonder... here's my question...
i give a 2 - 4 week settling in period where both sides can cancel without notice (length depends on how long i've got them for, if its all week i do shorter and if its a few days i do 4 weeks.) anyway, i take a 4 week deposit to come off the last 4 weeks childcare, i.e. after notice is given they don't pay me i take it from their deposit.
On my contracts I tick deposit is NOT refunable - SOOOOOO if they cancel in the settling in period do I have to give the deposit back or not?!?
