Dear Childminder,

Childminding Contract, Policies & Forms as Word Documents – only £18.50

If you are working or training as a childminder then you will be well aware of the importance of having a good contract, policy document and forms. These documents are vital for satisfying OFSTED and Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements.

Now, for only £18.50 you can buy all of the documents you need to setup or run your childminding business as Word documents for easy editing. Included on the CD are a sample contract and policy document, medical forms, risk assessment forms, EYFS monitoring forms, child profile forms, accident and incident forms, plus weekly activity and daily care sheets. All of these documents have been updated with EYFS terminology and requirements and because they are Word documents you can customise and change them easily to suit your own childminding business.

With Word documents you can:

customise and edit the documents to suit your own business

print as many copies as you like

have much more flexibility than using NCMA documents

save precious time creating these documents yourself

To order your complete set of childminder documents, please send a cheque for £18.50 made out to ******** to:

Yes I got it!

I think someone on here is taking our addresses and bulk emailing forum members.

I've had a number of complaints from other members.

Some of them work on behalf of Yahoo .

They are something to do with the advert banners that pop up after the first post on a thread.

Other times they are trawling for info for search engines like Google and Ask.

don't reply to it as it will tell the sender that you are an active account and there may be no end to the amount sent
it's probably best ignored

Why didn't you tell me Sarah? :panic:

New members can't get access to email, that is my plan to help protect from this sort of thing.

Members can also select not to receive emails from other members in your profile. Best to do that, then just give it to people you want to have it. Best to say yes to admin emails though or you won't get info from me :)

Don't forget that there are many ways for people to get your email address, CIS listings and your advertising websites or adverts on such places at Net mums and such :)

Don't worry about the spider bots, they are just indexing the forum posts for various search engines such as google, yahoo etc.

Just to reassure everyone on here.

No one has access to your email address (except me of course!)

If another member uses the 'email this member' option then they have to use an online form that does not show your email address..........it is only if you REPLY to their email that they would get it.

So members cannot 'harvest' email addresses on here without contacting you first and the contact form would show it had come from the forum and what their username is.

Hope that makes sense :)
