SEF guidance

I have printed off a copy of a blank SEF to fill in by hand and I am going through it and it says "refer to guidance page 8" or "refer to guidance page10" I'm not sure what booklet it is refering to. Should I have a copy of this? Can someone point me in the right direction please? :idea:
