Publication re what Ofsted r looking for - cant find

I wondered if anyone knows where I can download a publictaion I found a while ago (&now cant find it) which tells us exactly what Ofsted are looking for - down to the kind of language they want us to answer their questions with. My inspection is next week & I trying to find it to help me word my answers thanks
