Weetabix Cake

2 crushed Weetabix
1 cup of sultanas
2 cups of Self raising flour
1 cup of sugar

Mix these dry ingredients together, then add

1 cup of milk and a teaspoon of mixed spice

Stir again and pour the mix into a greased loaf tin, bake at 325 degrees for about 45 mins.

Its wonderful slightly warm and always with butter/spread. It doesn't contain fat so shouldn't be too bad for those who are dieting.

Thanks Chell, I might try it as my little boy loves weetabix, not too fond of it myself though.

Thanks again. XXX

Yes, I've made it lots of times. It is similar to a tea loaf. Slice it and put some butter/spread on it. My children enjoy it too.

Glad you liked it Ruby. I tend to make things like this quite often as they are so simple.
