So far, all but one enquity has been part time. The other was 4 days a week so not strictly full time either.

Im so pleased you have had some luck! How many days will she be coming to you?

I am very lucky to say I have both part time and full timers

Years ago though I did tend to get just part timers - and I learnt never ever turn them away they can bring in a big part of your income of you have a few of them

I have 3 full timers, which is fab, I have had them for 3.5 yrs, 2 yrs and 1 yr respectively, however when they leave it leaves you with a very large gap to fill. This will happen to me this year with one leaving at the end of april and the other 2 (brother and sister) possibly leaving in July. Yikes!

I am going to try and replace them with part timers to try and add a bit of variation to my week, but as enquiries only come once in a blue moon I am more likely to take what I can get

I have 1 full time before and after schooler, the rest are part time, baby C was full time but has dropped to 4 days a week now xxx

It is not often you get lots of full timers, if you have any you are lucky i think xxx

I had 2 fulltimers until xmas so now I have a huge gap with only 1 parttimer for 6 hours per week.

Think I will stick to parttimers.

I have 5 part-time 0-5yrs, 4 part-time 5 and over, before and after school. Its always been this way, which is fine by me because if one laeves its not a drastic loss of income.

I mainly have part timers even though one is 4 days a week still only part time which is fine by me at the moment.
