I have been told today by another childminder that if you loose mindees ,as i have recently there is a grant you can apply for to help you out financially. I have never heard of this. Has anyone else?

yes it was called the sustainability grant
i am not sure if it is still available and it depends on your area

Oh what a relief when I first read this I thought you meant if you lost them say on an outing!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We did have this scheme in Notts but I understand that it has finished now.

Sustainability grant, it is available around here, not sure about else where.

i know we could get it here but not sure if still can. if i remember correctly it takes a while to get so you still have that initial struggle
