Hi Everyone

I have been looking at the online ofsted self evaluation forms, and one of the questions is how I get feedback from parents. I thought about making my own Evaluation/Questionnaire forms to give to my parents. Was wondering if anyone could suggest some questions that I could ask them. Many Thanks :clapping:

if the parents are like mine save your ink and make it up lol

i gave all my parents questionnairs and some for the "older children" too and not got one back !!

all parents have daily diary's and often leave them at home?

so glad i have copies of obs etc in my own files or all good work lost 4 good,

so if you realy want a questionnair for your parents think about what you want to now?
eg
Are you happy with the food i provide your children?
are there any new foods you would like me to introduce?

are you happy with the activities i provide
are there any activities you would like me to do with your children?

etc good luck xxx

it has been mentioned on here previously.

I used the tinas trio questionnaire, it saved me time and worked a treat http://www.one17design.com/tinas/pdf/Parents%20questionnaire.pdf
