It depends on the combination of cals and sat fat.

I have a ww calculator, you just put in the cals and sat fat and it will tell you the points.

So for example:

Something with 300 cals and 1.1 sat fat (per 100g) is.........................4.5 points.

Shame you can not buy them without joining weight watchers
I did have one but like everything else I did not use it and think it got thrown away

I really want one now though ha

because i am trying to follow ww, i use it all the time..

trying to stick to 20 points a day.

I find this the easiest way.

If you want to know the points just ask...............

Hi i used to help at a ww meeting and was told that 1 point was roughly equivalent to 60cals and 1 g sat fat x

Ooh I for geot to say that i got a really good calorie counting book from ebay a while ago its called ' slimmings greatest guide to calories' x
