Great week this has turned out to be with 3 new contracts signed! Now have6 on my books.

Just signed contracts for two full timers - part time hours for now until notice worked for my original mindees - going to full time after that, bringing in just over 1k a month.

Should be rejoicing at securing such a lucrative contract but sad that I have to give notice to twins now, never given notice to anyone :( will do it tomorrow - will have to ring and see if I can pop over to see them over the weekend and do it in person rather than over the phone, unless it's unavoidable.

It is hard giving notice and I would take a list of others minders in the area for mum

They know about CIS as they got me from there. Not sure if they'll take another minder tbh as it's so few hours now and they work from home.

Anyhow, wish me luck, I'll have to just pop in and hope they are about tmrw as if I ask for a meeting etc they'll know anyway and I really don't want to ever have to give anyone notice other than in person as I don't feel it's professional.

I've never had to give notice either. Best of luck, I'm sure all will be ok.:)

I am glad that you have got the big contracts:clapping: Congratulations.

I don't envy the giving notice but you have to do what is right for you financially.
