When do you start you holidays??

If i start childminding in September do I do it from September to September or do I do it till December then start afresh from January?

Also the minded children when is theirs From when they start or till December then start again in January?

i do it like my partner's business as in jan - dec then start again in jan fresh. it makes it easier then as we're working on same holiday year then. i think it would be too hard if everyone had different starting dates. too hard for me anyway so i make it easy!

With mindees I don't worry too much as they pay me full amount whether they are there or not. I always used January(just cos it was easier to work out) as my marker but never took the full 4 weeks that I put in contract anyway.
