The forms are so difficult to fill out that I sat with a fellow Child Minder - together we worked it out (she did 90% and I reckon I contributed 10% brain power lol). Then we scanned it on the computer. Then every few months when it's time to work it all out we have a copy to follow.

Is there a certain amount of hours you have to care for the under 5?
Say you only had them for half hour before nursery everyday, would that count?

The Nursery Milk Helpline is 08707 203063
Address is:
PO Box 504
LE94 0AE

I've been claiming for years & after doing the forms a couple of times, it gets easier. Just think about the money going into your bank account every 4 months or so.
