What do you have to give to the parents

Do you have to give all the observations and scrapbooks and all of the pictures and crafts they have done?

It's just I really don't want to give everything away:(

As the year goes on a put all the photo's I have taken of that child or with others in a folder on my computer and then copy it on to a disc at the end of the year or when the child leaves.

The records are your own but what will you do with them? I put most of my children's work in a scrapbook and they get this too. No storage here

I'm usually glad to get shot of all the paper!

I just keep the essential stuff for insurance :D

Thanks
It's just I have only had M since June and she is leaving in 2 weeks time.
I am due my first ever inspection about November time, and I want lots to show them. If i give her parents all of her work and scrapbooks, I will only have one other mindees work to show them (unless I have another under 6 start before then), but all the children due to start in Sept are over 6.

I give everything to the parent - I always photograph extra special artwork with them holding it anyway, so memories are there... but I do not have the space.
