Thanks Angel, I have been looking for the 'Eatwell Plate' that it shows in here. My kids used it at school to lay their lunches on to see if they were in proportion (i.e. amount of carbs, protein etc)

Think it will be a useful tool, I look forward to searching through the rest of it for other ideas too,
