I know they're not necessary, but has anyone got a nice looking next steps form they would be willing to share with me? I cant seem to find a nice one that I like!

Never used a particular form... Do you mean to give to parents? or for your own reference?
I find next steps move and change so fast I just capture them on a progress report with parents each 6mths, or mention as part of an normal observation when it is relevant to the obs.
Maybe look at what you are already doing and see how you can incorporate it, rather than having another document to maintain?
