When are you sending your Christmas invoices out?

I always invoice by the calendar month, in advance, to be paid by the first of the month, invoice issues 14 days before due date. So have been paid for Dec and soon will be invoicing for Jan.

Oh yes, the invoice I send out this month will be to pay for Januarys childcare. I didnt know how soon to do it..

I usually aim to send it out a bit earlier .... so probably next week! It shouldn't be a surprise for parents, but I like to make sure they don't see it as a nasty surprise!
