Can we still use this document? It hasn't been changed or updated has it? Mines from 2015, October I think...

I still use it.
I also still use my 'birth to five years' by Mary Sheridan and I've used it for over 30 years !

There was a very minor update in 2015. It is available to download or order hard copies. Excellent document for CMers and parents alike, still up to date.

I have to laugh at the way the professional academics and DofE 'experts' like to tell us these things are out of date or need replacing.
Are we to believe the basic nature of children changes significantly every two years?
Or should we just laugh in the face of the latest 'expert' because we know their latest piece of perfection will be in the shredder in two years' time?
