Ratios - is this allowed?

Hello lovely people, can anyone help me with the following please?

On the same day could i have the following mindees in attendance?

Own child, child #1 - aged 3 (not here for most of morning)
Child #2 - aged 3 (would only come in afternoon)
Child #3 - aged 2 (here all day)
Child #4 - aged 1 (here all day)

So basically between the hours of 12-5.30ish i would have 4 children under age 5 rather than 3.

Is this a big no no still or is one of those that is open to interpretation with OFSTED?!

It depends if it's new business or a current mindee needing a change of days/hours. If new then it's a no, sorry!

Same as previous reply. I have four on one day as there are 2 siblings and needed to be together and changed to a different day because of parents work. not new children.
