pre-registration booklet

Hi, I'm waiting for my pre-registration visit and reading through the forums on help and advice on what to expect I've noticed a few people mention a pre-reg booklet??? where do I get this from as this is something I knew nothing about. I am so nervous about the visit I'm hoping this might help.
