Hello! I am awaiting inspection and currently gathering together everything that I need! First of all, can anyone point me in the direction of where I can find the policies and procedures I MUST have... as I can not find it online tonight. I seem to have hidden my email from local authority. Also I have the following in my welcome packs. This is all the documents I want and need my parents to read and sign.
1. About me booklet
2. Permission forms
3. All about You form
4. example of weekly planner
5. example of weekly menu
6. complaints procedure to keep
7. safeguwrding procedure to keep
8. contract and child record form
( while doing contract I will also require parents to read all policies and procedures and then sign to confirm they have done so)
Have I missed anything? Thank you!
