Making a referal

Morning all,
Does anyone know how I go about making a referal for a health issue for a mindee. I'm sure we can do this as childminders can't we?
It's not a safeguarding issue just something the parents and I are concerned about as they feel they are getting fobbed off at the doctors.

I would speak to the early years department at your local authority.

I once made a referral for speech and language therapy and they told me what to do.
