Lots of people have. Childcare.co.uk has been increasing the cover to match Pacey at £5000000 and now include free legal cover started this month. If you have an assistant/apprentice/work experience they do not yet have employers liability. If you swap insurers there is a 90 day period where you are not covered for non paying parents to make sure that you are not bringing tem with you, the PLI starts immediately, this is pretty standard across the insurance industry to protect their business.

I haven't, I moved to MM but am still a member of Pacey as I want to be a member of a professional membership organisation x

It's very popular insurance cover for childminders - you need to check that it covers you for everything you need :D
