Hi my childminding friends. I was wondering what your thoughts are on this one. One of my parents turn up this evening to tell me she has just been sacked from work. She pays through child tax credit.She pays weekly. Contract says she needs to give me 28 days notice if she wants to cancel or change. She says she will struggle to do that. What do I do please??

She may still get child tax credits for the next 4 weeks, so she needs to check that out.

Yes, she should still get a 4 week run on period for working tax credit. Let's hope she pays up!
