Hi all,
I am looking for a house to rent and it seems that all agencies are skeptical when I tell them that I'm going to be a childminder.
Is there any reason for that? I'm mean, does landlord\agency need to buy a special insurance?
Do I need to have a written permission from the landlord or is it enough to insure the property on my own without mentioning to the landlord/agency?

Thanks

A lot of houses have 'no business' rules attached to them - and childminding is a business which means things like insurance and sometimes mortgage go up.

There are landlords who allow childminders to work from their properties hopefully you will find one x
