Hello Im a bit stuck, Ive been informed by my local authority, that I have to do a CPD log and a SEF Ofsted online. I have just completed a CPD log, but Im stuck on the SEF. I have 3 children 2 6 year olds and a 4 year old (mornings only) would I be better not doing the SEF or just having a go. Thanks

It is good practice - not a requirement - to complete the Ofsted SEF.

As important - make sure you can talk to your inspector about how you use training and cpd to improve :D
