level 3 early years educator

Im pre registration and upon becoming a childminder im hoping to complete my level 3 early years educator, ive applied online with Stonebridge but my tutor just called me and said I will need a mentor who has level 4 otherwise wont be able to complete the course. Is this the case? Do I need to be applying with a different online college or study a different course?

Every training company has its own set of rules ... I'd ring round and see if you can find another one to compare ... it's not a statutory course so there's no rush you can wait until you've got the right people supporting you.

I'm doing the EYE with SGS college. They only need level 3 and so far I've done without anyone.

I had this problem with them, I lost £100 as I found they couldn't support me through the course as a CM. I am now studying with @homechildcare and all is going well :-) good luck.
