Finally started risk assessment!

well after putting it off for weeks I finally started typing out my outings risk assessments today! Only managed one for travelling in car though but at least it's a start!!
will beg my hubby to take our kids out tomorrow afternoon to give me time to do some more!!
just wanted to say thank you to Sarah for making life sooooo much easier with her risk assessment e-book!! Thank you!!

i have columns with 'what is the risk?' and 'how can i minimise the risk?' then have just listed every possible thing that could happen and what i would do.
