if a parent messages you back would it come as a notification on an email or do u physically have to go on and keep checking? x

I receive an email notification, but it may depend upon your specific account settings.

You will receive an email notification or mobile push notification if you have our app. It is however possible to opt out of receiving these notifications so will depend on your own individual account settings.

No. If you are a gold member, parents with the basic (free) membership can reply. They are told this on the website, but it's worth including a reminder within your message to them, as some still seem more confused :jump for joy: than they should.
