I registered in March 2015, will I be inspected before the end of July this year? Is anyone waiting like me?

I registered in September '14 and haven't been inspected yet either.

You will be inspected anytime within 30 months of registration.
There is no way to predict at what point within that 30 months it might happen.
In most areas inspectors are still busy getting the last of the EYFS inspections done from those registered before 1st Sept 2012 who who have not been seen in this inspection cycle which ends 31st July 2016. So it may be more likely that you will be seen after 31st July 2016 (unless the inspectors in your areas are very efficient!).

But if it is after July 2016 it will be in another inspection cycle, surely it would be before that? Anyone else still waiting?

No, the inspection cycle 1st Sept 2012 - 31st July 2016 is only relevant for those registered BEFORE 1st Sept 2012.
Providers registered AFTER 1st Sept 2012 will be inspected 'within 30 months of their registration date' (regardless of any cycle).

This is all explained on page 4 of the 'Early Years Inspection Handbook', Ofsted, Ref 150068.

Ahh, I've been wondering this! Great to get an answer. I also registered March 2015. Glad to know that the "within 30 months" window trumps the "inspection cycle" window! Though the tales of people being inspected 5 months after registration scare me! O_o

This is how it used to be done!

Wouldn't it be better to find out if you are doing something wrong ( or are outstanding ) sooner rather than later!! I personally think they should still be done sooner

When I had my registration visit the Ofsted inspector said, 'within 30 months, or before the end of the inspection cycle, whichever comes sooner', so I think Ofsted inspectors even confuse themselves! Oh well, I'll wait for between the 0-30 month timeframe, however, I would sort of prefer an inspection so I know if what I am doing is worthy of a 'good'.

So if the inspection cycle ends July this year when does the new cycle run to??

No one knows, it has not been announced.
