Child questionaires

My CSSIW inspector suggested that I could do a questionnaire for the older children to fill out themselves.
I have what do you like about coming to the setting?
What would you like to do at the setting?
Is there anything you don't like?
Foods preferred
New activities and outings you would like to do.
Any other suggestions as I can see these answers as having to spend loads on toys that they haven't got at home, expensive outings and sausage and chips every day.

I also ask mine about school/clubs/hobbies, favourite games/music/tv/animals etc

I also ask what foods they like/dislike :-)
