Hi not sure if this in the right place but I'm a ofsted registered Childminder and was wondering could I provide childcare for my brothers baby I've read I can if I care for at least one other child who isn't a relative which I do

Yes you can care for your brother's baby - you will not be graded during inspection unless you look after other children as well :D

Yes, of course you can look after your niece/nephew. I've looked after my great-niece in the past and will be looking after another great-niece in the Easter holidays and don't feel the need to let Ofsted know.
