Childcare gold membership & courses help..

I have subscribed to the gold membership on childcare after winning a subscription!

However I seem to be going round in circles with the 'free courses'?

I have been sent to the virtual college page (which ive used before..go to the course but cant see anywhere for my details to be put in?

Does anyone know what you do?!

Hi jelly. I also have the same problem. I have discovered shouting and swearing at the screen, throwing the iPad across the table and hitting it DO NOT WORK!!!
I usually just give up!!

Lol!! I want to do the courses though..will email childcare now and see if I can get any sense and let you know! I thought the courses were through the virtual college as that's how ive done them before but its taken me to some other site that im apparently already signed up to but wont accept my details..sigh!

There is a log in 'request for access' under the list of training courses - it says 'how to apply'.

Fill in your details and you will receive a code in your emails (check junk if it doesn't appear in inbox).

Use the code to access the training - any problems please contact Childcare.co.uk - https://www.childcare.co.uk/contactus.

Thanks Sarah. Ive got that far and it says im already registered. I have a code but 2 parts and unsure where they go? I literally seem to be being sent from page back to the same original page? Ive contacted childcare so hope they get back to me.

Ive also left you a message re SEF when you have 2 secs in the section!

The Virtual College training is different to the Educare training.

To access the Virtual College training just login to your Childcare.co.uk account and then go to www.childcare.co.uk/virtual-college

Thanks for your help..maybe im being really daft!

I get onto the site then can see the listings of courses, I then click on them and it takes me back to the original page to login?

I have the 2 codes on the childcare site and am unsure how to put those in and where?
