Messy play for an under 1?

I find at this ageist best in a bigger tray they can get in(just nappy on) so edible paint, dry cereals, cornflour mixed with coco and water, custard,

I made my own jelly with vege-gel for my under 1s. Tapioca pearls were great and very popular and green spaghetti. :) I had a child that would mouth everything, so had to go with edible.

I do have some basil seeds in my Amazon basket because Pinterest assures me that it makes a good taste safe slime. We shall see...
