I have just been reading up and printing 2 lots of guidance on them and im going to write about 'my responsibilities'

any help greatly welcomed!

Is this a Pre-Reg?

If so don't panic, usually she only comes out to check the premises and chat with you. Tell her that you are in the middle of reading up everything you need to know. Just start to familiarise yourself with the EYFS and have a copy on your computer.

I'm not sure why she's asking you to know it already?

Don't worry, you wont fail.

I don't have a fire extinguisher, I don't think its a necessity. I do have a fire blanket but don't even know if this is needed. Smoke detectors are a must on each level

She will check that you are familiar with all of these. Read up on them. You can't do a 2 year old check if you've got no children. I don't have a fire extinguisher. I've got a fire blanket. And snoke alarms. I bought my recent 1st aid kit on my last first aid course. Best of luck.

If you are in the process of registering ...which I think we had gathered from your previous comments....you must attend a training that prepares you to work according to the EYFs and related current legislation and regulation.

Your LAs should have offered you this opportunity ...it is their duty....or you could have attended a 'Pre registration' training anywhere of your choice.

In that training you would have been informed about British Values and Prevent Duty..these are also mentioned in the new Common Inspection Framework which is what you will eventually be inspected by Tribal/Prospects

Good luck!
