SO after 4 weeks of waiting \nd being on stage 4 i have recieved an email saying 'your update service subscription' and options to view certifictae etc does this mean its completed or will it come through post?! also the page i have been going on to track it says its been disabled?! help please anyone else having problems with the page?

I've applied for a new dbs for my husband, so he can be my assistant and got an acknowledgment email from them on 8/9/15. On monday 14/9 I went on the update service with his reference number and today his new dbs certificate arrived in the post! So maybe go on the update service.

it wont let me on update service either? and yes ive applied to that straight away dont know what to do?

If your certificate has been issued then you should receive it in the post shortly. 😊

certificate has come today! waiting on oartners ...on with applying online and its asking for dbs disclosure number appartently 10digits long but nothing i have is working?!
