Individual planning-how often?

Hi I have part time EYFS children some only do one day a week. I currently do weekly planning for each child, but am wondering whether monthly or fortnightly might be sufficient. I am trying to cut down on paperwork as it's not that useful to me as the children do not come often enough for extensive planning to be beneficial. Quite often I plan on the day following interests and looking for next steps for next week - but am aware something will need to be then written down for Ofsted!
