Children's poems or verses

I work with a childminder and we have two children leaving us as they are moving back to Australia. I have bought them a leaving present but I am looking for a bon voyage verse or poem that I can write in a card that is suitable for children. Any ideas would be much appreciated. :)

You're going to AUSTRALIA! Wow
Ive come to love you so..
I know its so exciting..
but Im sad to see you go.

I've watched you learn and grow ,
And change from day to day
I hope the things we've done together
have helped in lots of ways..

So its with happy memories that
I send you out the door
with great hope and expectations
for what your future holds in store.

Remember all the fun we had
in all the things we did
but most of all remember
you're a very special kid!
