Child I'm looking after has small graze on arm that looks healed so assuming it was done before coming to me today but does this qualify for an "existing injury" form? Thanks

Yes I'd do an existing injury form. If parents aren't sure how it happened just note that fact down x

I'd note it down on a form or in the child's daily diary - it's important that if we see something we record it ....
