Hi all,

I have again been given some info that I would like to clarify as I wasn't aware this was true if it is!

Apparently a registered childminder has to be registered with the ICO (acronym may be wrong) and get a certificate regarding Data Protection Act paying a £35 a year and are adhereing to it.

Thanks

Yes childminders have to be registered with IcO - Home | ICO (http://www.ico.gov.uk) ... it's part of our responsibility under the Data Protection Act as data handlers :D
