Training files

I Currently have my dbs check forms and insurance certificate in with my training documents, how do you all file yours? Would you keep these seperately? Thanks

I created a "portfolio" I show it to parents on "interviews" or settling in sessions. The first section is any certificates and the second is my policies and risk assessments. I have my Ofsted certificate and insurance certificate framed in my hall, just for easy visibility and rule compliance. (I can't recall if the rules say that you have to frame your PL insurance certificate now, but I was told to at my training, so I've done it just in case) :D
