Yes. Depending how you do it you could cover all areas. It also depends on your net steps for your children. Off the top of my head-

PSED- working together, sense of achievement, negotiation, taking others feeling into consideration
PD- in handling the materials you are using to build the den. If you need to cut anything (string, sticky tape) then you are using tools
CAL- Listening to you and other children, understanding instructions, making suggestions
L- looking at books in the den, writing a name for the den or a list of what you need
M- how many people will go in the den, how many sticks/ blankets do we need?, size language, positional language
UW- pretend paly including everyday actions, talking about what they have done, use torch in the den

There aren't really any activities you can do that don't include at least one area of learning.

Read through the EYO thoroughly and you'll find areas that fit. The more you do that, the faster you'll become familiar with the statements and the easier you'll find it to link areas of learning to the activity.
