If a child that's already on my books stays home with mum whilst she's on mat leave with a sibling and i'm paid a retainer for him and a deposit for the sibling would I be able to have 4 under 5 when they come back. Or does this count as if he has left the setting and therefore, new business. I've always kept the first child when this has happened to me before but mum wants this one at home with her
