View Full Version : Disclosure number not recognised and can't submit Eyc
Why is It that ever time I think I am getting somewhere I stumble upon another hurdle. Finished eyc earlier but it won't let me submit it because it says my disclosure number is not found, any ideas? I could cry with this whole process, it's making me want to quit before I have started.

Does your number begin with an E ?
No, it starts with 00 .I am assuming it is my DBS certificate number I'm supposed to be entering?

I think you are entering your gateway number. It looks like my name in the middle of mine.
You get you DBS number by email as your DBS is processed. It starts with a E
No I'm not entering my gateway I am using my dbs certificate number off the green sheet. I tried the one they emailed me but it's invalid ad it's a 10 digit number. It will let me input dbs certificate number and it only flashes up when I try to submit. Can't call anyone until Monday either which is really frustrating.
