There are a few documents that I've mentioned in my policies etc but they are so large I would rather not print them. What do you do if you reference a large document, do you just say it's stored electronically? Thanks!

I usually copy onto a CD as well as having it on the computer, and put it in the relevant file. Then if computer crashes I still have a copy to use on another computer.

I give all my parents a copy of the HPA document in my parent pack. I think it's ink well used.


( I have friends who regularly have their childminding stuff printed at the local printers)

Open a folder in your PC and put them all in there for easy reference
Some are far too wordy to print...the Safeguarding one is a prime example.
