Getting too attached to a baby!

I have cared for a baby full time since Oct. He is tiny and adorable. Much younger loooking and smaller for his age. He has fitted into my family so well and we all love him! He has unfortunately been ill on and off since starting and today had a temp of over 39 so mum collected. I've worried about him all night, my oh thinks I'm mad lol. Tell me I'm not really a bunny boiler!

No you're not a bunny boiler. We choose this profession because we are caring types. You could have a lesser bond with a child and still worry when they are poorly

Absolutely you are not mad. Its so hard to not get attached.

I'm sure lo is fine n its just a blip.

Probably be more concerned if you WEREN'T bothered about LO being poorly :thumbsup:

Nice to know its not just me! Poor little love is no better, was sent to hospital in the early hours but it's just a virus apparently.
