Selling equipment

Am closing my early years side of my business and so I will have lots of toys and equipment to sell. I am also giving some to charity. Is there anything special I need regarding accounts side? For example do I need to make a note of what items are sent to,charity etc? Thanks in advance :)

You will have lots of broken bits and pieces :) I would just put it into your accounts as one lump sum as you sell it.
