Health deceleration booklet

Hi all sorry I'm new so have lots of questions! I've handed in my health deceleration booklet to my doctor and am waiting for it back, what do I do with it once I have it back? Do I need to post it to ofsted?

Hello, yes, it needs to go to Ofsted once you have it back :)

Thank you - will they ask me for it first or do i send it to them in the post (do i need a covering letter or anything with it?) and then apply online?

I did my application a little back to front as it changed part way through me applying. I had already done the online registration and then sent booklet with covering letter as son as had it x
