doctors form

Hi, ive filled out and returned all my forms, got a call from the surgery saying my doctor wants to discuss my form with me, is this normal practice? I should add i dont drink ,do drugs or have any major issues regarding my physical well being, any advice would be appreciated thanks

Hi,
I've not long had my form completed by my GP. My GP didn't ask to see me and from what I can gather they don't usually summon you as they normally just add the odd comment or two then sign it and charge you!!
However, do not be concerned. If you have no health issues or concerns then I can't see that you have anything to be worried about!! Your GP is obviously just very enthusiastic!! Even if you did have past health issues it doesn't necessarily rule you out of childminding anyway.
